WHAT? NeRo is an around-the-clock chatbot that answers questions (in Finnish) associated with the health care of infants and small children. NeRo can provide you with information about health issues related to either pregnancy or children’s growth and development. The chatbot can also answer questions about children’s dental care, speech development and nutrition.
WHO? For all Helsinki residents in need of maternal or paediatric health care information.
WHY? NeRo is a trusted source of information at any time of the day or night, seven days a week. When Helsinki health care centres are closed, turn to NeRo for advice.
WHEN? The NeRo chatbot has been up and running since March 2019. The content is being updated and improved continuously to better serve the specific needs of Helsinki residents.
