WHAT? Kerro kantasi (‘Voice your opinion’ in English) is an online service that allows Helsinki residents to share their opinions about infrastructure and building plans from the city’s urban environment division. Tell the City of Helsinki what you think about pending proposals such as new hospitals, tram routes and outdoor fitness stairs.
WHO? For Helsinki residents who are interested in city planning projects and the development of the urban environment.
WHY? Helsinki residents know from experience how new municipal projects will affect certain areas. Many want to play a role in shaping our neighbourhoods and services. The quality of the City of Helsinki’s planning and decision-making process improves with every voice that is heard.
WHEN? The plans are available now in Finnish only. English and Swedish pages are coming later.
